Job Summary

The Content & Creative Production Specialist is responsible for producing engaging multimedia content by combining video production, graphic design, and marketing copywriting into a unified creative workflow. The role involves creating compelling visual and written content, collaborating with teams, managing media production on-site, and ensuring consistent brand storytelling across all marketing channels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or TVET Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism & Mass Communication, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related creative field.

Equivalent hands-on experience with a strong portfolio is equally valued.

Requirements

Proven, hands-on experience combining video production, graphic design, and marketing copywriting into a unified workflow.

Strong working knowledge of camera gear, lighting setups, audio recording, and editing software.

Excellent command of brand storytelling, visual layout design, and creative copy execution.

Ability to work on-site to conduct shoots, manage media gear, and collaborate with teams.

A strong portfolio demonstrating past work across video, graphic design, and writing samples.
