Job Summary

RIVET is looking for a skilled Lift Technician Team Lead to oversee the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of elevator systems while providing technical guidance and support to junior technicians. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, and capable of leading daily field activities to ensure high-quality service and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Install, test, commission, maintain, and repair elevator systems.

Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and control system faults.

Lead and support junior technicians during installation and maintenance activities.

Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.

Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.

Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

3–4 years of experience in elevator/lift installation and maintenance.

Experience leading or mentoring junior technicians is preferred.

Strong knowledge of elevator electrical and mechanical systems.

Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot faults.

Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
