Asteryo Import & Export is seeking a qualified and energetic Female Export Documentation Officer to join our growing team.

Requirements

Female candidate.

Proven experience in export documentation and export procedures.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Strong communication and negotiation skills with overseas buyers and international partners.

Active, organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email communication.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process all export documents accurately and on time.

Communicate professionally with international buyers regarding orders, shipments, and documentation.

Coordinate with banks, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and government offices.

Track export shipments and ensure compliance with export regulations.

Maintain accurate records of all export transactions.
