Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, mitigate risks, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in accordance with company objectives.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and timelines.
  • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage client communications and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, and performance updates for management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Resolve project issues and conflicts to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • 5–7 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing engineering or construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Odoo ERP is an advantage.
  • PMP certification or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
