Job Summary

We are looking for a bold, energetic, and creative Sales Executive who is not afraid to put themselves out there—both in the market and on social media. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who is passionate about sales, confident on camera, and eager to grow in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Actively promote and sell company products to new and existing customers.

Use social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram) to market products through videos, posts, and live sessions.

Create engaging content that attracts customers and builds brand awareness.

Respond to online inquiries and convert leads into sales.

Visit potential clients and build strong customer relationships.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Provide regular feedback on customer needs and market opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Residence location should be around Figa

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Confident personality with willingness to appear on camera and create content.

Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualities (Big Advantage)

Comfortable speaking in videos or live streams.
